Gary, only a very few wire spoked wheels work in the tubeless mode. To my knowledge Savage isn't one of them. you have a hole in the tube and it is easier for the air to leak past the spoke nipples which are unsealed than around the valve stem or time bead. Take the tire off and have a shop fix it, unless you have the tools and the experience to do it your self. Be sure to have it rebalanced after the repair. I suggest anew tube rather than a repair as it is less likely to cause you future problems, specially of you rode while that one was low or flat. Likes to loosen the stem from the tube and then leak there. Hope it is the front tire as the back is a real treat to R & R (remove and replace) unless you have a jack of some kind or blocks to support the bike. Max
